My Story
For more than 30 years, I worked in a fast-paced communications career in Washington, DC. I was raising a family, meeting deadlines, and squeezing in self-care when I could. Then perimenopause hit—and everything that used to work stopped working. My energy crashed, sleep slipped away, and I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
Why I Coach
That experience pushed me to find a new approach. I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach so I could help women like me—busy, capable, resilient—who want to feel in charge of their health again.

Functional medicine is about looking at the whole picture—your sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and daily habits—and understanding how they all connect. Instead of quick fixes, it’s about creating sustainable shifts that fit your real life.
